Maintenance and Service Requests
 

We aim to fix all maintenance concerns in a prompt, courteous manner, so please be patient as we work to process your request, assign a technician and order any materials needed.

Should you find anything that requires maintenance at your property, please submit a maintenance request through your Apartments.com account directly

 

You can do so by clicking on the "maintenancetab, making it much easier and faster to communicate, with the added ability to attach pictures/videos to help us determine exactly what needs to be repaired!  ('Service Request' processing fees remain the same and as appropriate - as identified in one's lease).

If you have not setup your Apartments.com tenant account already, please ask our leasing team or your property manager to send you an invitation link immediately (Apartments.com will also allow you to track your monthly rent payment history, setup and schedule ACH / Auto-Draft payment for free). In the interim, please fill the form below in-full to process your service request.

* If the problem is an EMERGENCY (a dangerous situation requiring immediate-action), please always call 911.  If you have an emerging problem or maintenance issue needing "quick-action", please call us directly at (707) 277-1237 and leave a detailed and clear voice-message, and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
